Account Verification

jeat9 reserves the right to verify the identity of every account. This process is essential for financial security and fraud prevention.

3.1 Required Documents

• Scanned copy of a government-issued National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank account)
• Photographic verification if required

3.2 Failure to Verify

If the required documents are not submitted within the specified verification period, the account may be temporarily suspended and the withdrawal process may be delayed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at jeat9 is ৳200. We accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

• You must use a payment account registered in your own name when making a deposit
• Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed
• Withdrawals may be held under investigation in cases of suspicious activity

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). jeat9 does not offer any foreign currency conversion.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New jeat9 members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳18,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement applies to every bonus. For the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on the deposit).

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Wagering must be completed before the bonus expires
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time (unless explicitly stated)
• Which games may be played with bonus funds will be specified in the individual terms of each offer
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus will be cancelled

5.4 VIP Program

Based on regular play, members can advance through four VIP tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancing to a higher tier depends on your continued participation and activity.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Operations

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or server issue, the bet for that round may be voided. In this case, the staked amount will be returned to the account. jeat9 will not be liable for any losses caused by internet connection issues.

6.3 Sports Betting

The following rules apply to placing bets in sports markets (including cricket T20, BPL, IPL, ICC tournaments, football, and kabaddi):

• All bets on a match must be placed before the market closes
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the staked amount will be refunded
• In the event of any dispute over a result, jeat9's decision is final
• Bets related to suspicious activity or match-fixing will be voided

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on jeat9 and will result in immediate account closure:

7.1 Financial Misconduct

• Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
• Fraudulent payments or chargeback activity
• Use of a third party's credit card or payment account
• Bonus abuse or operating an account with the intent of bonus hunting

7.2 Technical Abuse

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Interfering with the security of the website
• Attempting unauthorised access to other members' accounts

7.3 Social Conduct

• Harassing or threatening other users
• Spreading false information
• Attempting to damage the jeat9 brand or reputation

Account Suspension & Closure

jeat9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time, without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions
• Failure to verify identity
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Financial irregularities
• Security concerns

8.2 User Rights

You may close your jeat9 account at any time. To do so, contact our support team. It is your responsibility to complete all pending withdrawals before closing your account. The applicable terms and conditions will remain in effect even after the account is closed.

Intellectual Property
